Where are We?

Our Studio

Posture Perfect Pilates is a fully equipped studio in the South Loop neighborhood of Chicago. We offer individual, partner, and small group training on equipment as well as group mat, and Pilates Rebounding classes. Our equipment is industry leading in design, form, and function and comes from Balanced Body, the world’s largest Pilates equipment manufacturer. Our space is divided with one portion of the space dedicated to private one on one sessions and a larger community space. Our instructors are certified through reputable training programs and continue to broaden their horizons with in-house trainings and continuing education workshops. Our approach is professional and unpretentious. We strive to create a safe, peaceful environment in which to work out and have fun.
